All of our granolas are made with tiger nuts, buckwheat seeds and date paste and are cooked at 80 ° C in a dehydrator.

Our savory granolas are more crumbly than sweet ones because we use fewer dates.

For their use as an aperitif or to season dishes, we add ingredients and spices to our salted granolas such as: turmeric, garlic, ginger, pepper, oregano, black olive ... and a hint of salt.

Our recipes are processed as little as possible, with raw ingredients, without additives, preservatives or GMOs
