What are the properties of tigernuts flour?

Tigernuts flour is ideal for making delicious gluten-free sweet preparations. Easy to work with, this original flour has it all. Ideal for gluten-free preparations such as banana bread, cannelés, soft chocolate, macaroons, crumble ...

Tigernuts are very high in fiber (with a high content of insoluble fiber) which is beneficial for cholesterol levels. It therefore facilitates digestion and intestinal transit.

It is also an anti-oxidant because it contains vitamin E and rutin.

It is rich in minerals: potassium, iron, magnesium and phosphorus, and in fatty acids.

It has a fairly high content of high quality vegetable proteins (26 g. Per 100 g. Of flour).
